JINSP high-throughput transmission-type fiber optic spectrometer utilizes a VPH volume holographic grating with a diffraction efficiency ~90%. Paired with an excellently designed optical path for imaging performance, its sensitivity can reach five times that of a reflective spectrometer. With a resolution twice as high as conventional spectrometers, it provides the best results for spectral detection. Additionally, it is equipped with a research-grade deep-cooling area array CCD camera, which has high quantum efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio. Moreover, it is also characterized by high stability and compact size, which is suitable for industrial equipment integration.
Among them, the ST50S can substitute and surpass traditional research-grade InGaAs spectrometers. It is an excellent choice for 1064 nm Raman spectroscopy detection systems with high sensitivity requirements.
The ST90S is suitable for 532 nm laser Raman spectroscopy detection systems, especially in gas Raman signal detection. It has outstanding comprehensive optical parameters, a spectral range of up to 4200 cm- 1. and a resolution of up to 4cm- 1.It can replace largem,imported, research-grade reflective spectrometers.
The ST100S can be integrated into research- grade 785 nm laser Raman systems for Raman spectroscopy detection of materials and biological samples, with a resolution down to 3cm- 1 .
